Tooth Extractions

Whether it’s a damaged tooth or a tooth that needs to be removed due to overcrowding prior to orthodontic treatment, our Oral Surgeons perform gentle and precise extractions all while prioritizing your comfort.

Referral: Our office requires a referral from your dentist, orthodontist, or other dental provider that outlines your specific oral surgery needs.

Evaluation: Oftentimes, in cases of a single extraction, our surgeon can extract your tooth on the same day as your evaluation. If you need multiple extractions or have a complicated medical history, it is best to schedule a consultation and then schedule a separate appointment for the extraction(s).

Procedures: It is common for extractions of erupted teeth to be done using a local anesthetic to numb the area during the procedure. You may feel pressure during the procedure but not pain.

Post-Operative Care: Our surgical team will provide you with detailed after care instructions and are always available to address any questions or concerns while you heal.
